Clarity before velocity.
Fast teams are useful. Fast teams solving the wrong problem are merely expensive. I make the problem, trade-offs, and operating logic visible before momentum turns into inertia.

Security, reliability, compliance, settlement, and auditability are product decisions, not ceremonial checkboxes near release day.
